The New Year experience at this quaint guesthouse was unforgettable. The beautiful views from the peaceful location and proximity to the beach highlighted the key location aspects of this charming property. The sumptuous breakfast featuring a variety of options like fresh fruit, and tasty pastries was an added advantage. The warm and homely atmosphere provided by the hosts made this a perfect getaway during the holiday season.
While the gated property provided good security, the lack of a common area for guests to relax and enjoy the charm of the place, was a disappointment. , the limited flexibility in check-in time affected us as we had to wait for a while to get into our room.

The a double bed was large, and we appreciated the room. We liked that there was a rainfall shower. Our hotel was located next to tourist attractions like orange velodrome. Perier subway station was a few steps away from the venue❤
Couldn't stay longer.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming villa in Marseille. The hotel is nestled in a leafy neighborhood of beautiful villas and is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the terrace and garden. The bathroom was also large and had beautiful windows. The gardens were well-maintained and had a pretty lily pond, perfect for enjoying a peaceful afternoon. The breakfast provided was sumptuous, with a range of delicious options including freshly made crepes. I also enjoyed engaging conversations with other guests during breakfast, making it a truly enjoyable experience. I found the location of the hotel to be perfect, as it is situated in a residential area close to the coast and within walking distance of the beach. It was a great spot for my morning runs, with the beaches and Borely parc just a 20-minute walk away. The host was incredibly friendly and provided helpful advice during my stay. The value for money was excellent, making this hotel a great choice for anyone visiting Marseille.
All was excellent.

We stayed in an old villa located in a beautiful and quiet residential neighbourhood. the room was nice, but unfortunately, the bathroom was small and not well-designed. the breakfast was good and the host was kind and attentive; they provided us with very helpful tips for our stay in the city. the villa had a lovely garden with a lily pond and nice places to sit.
The off-street parking was very expensive, and there was no street parking nearby.

This guest house was the perfect location for my business trip. It was situated in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood, just a short walk away from the beach and city center. the two hosts were so welcoming and helpful, offering great tips on local restaurants and transportation. the terrace was a lovely spot to relax with a glass of wine after a busy day. the breakfast served every morning was exceptional, with delicious poached eggs and fresh coffee.
The off-street parking was an additional cost and street parking was regulated, which sometimes ended up being expensive. the hosts were helpful in finding a solution for this inconvenience.
